    Children ages 12 and older are allowed. Children from 12 years old to 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

    Please inform Quality Inn & Suites of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Food and beverage services at this property may be limited or unavailable due to the coronavirus (COVID-19). Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. A damage deposit of CAD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note, parking is only included for the number of nights reserved. Any additional nights of parking, surpassing the actual reservation dates, are subject to availability and an additional charge of CAD 10 per night. Long-term parking is not permitted with a one night booking. Please contact the hotel directly for long-term parking options. Guests who wish to use the hotel's airport transfer service must call the hotel after collecting their luggage to request a pick-up. Contact information can be found on your booking confirmation. During busy times it might take up to an hour for the shuttle to arrive.
